15K this morning in the cold but nice setting of the park brembiolo
in the company of other brave 5, Marco Antonio Alberto Andrea Ermanno we
challenged -2 \u200b\u200bdegrees, I must say it was nice, quiet pace could
chat with nonchalance , we covered some parts of the route of the 14k Race Colours.
For what concerns me is going pretty well under the foot pain was bearable
and now I have not been any resentment
Next Sunday we will almost certainly Pandino , we hope to be many
more we more fun then we COURAGE
